Assurance Contractors is a family owned roofing company with offices in Denver and Fort Collins. Our Colorado roots go back to 1981. We believe that each employee should be treated like family.

Assurance Contractors determines each individual’s growth path and provides opportunities for them to attend conferences, trade shows, external training events, and initiate meetings on important topics. We strive to help each employee’s growth individually, and by doing so, we are able to succeed together as a whole. This philosophy proved true with Assurance Contractors most recently winning the Best Northern Colorado Roofing Contractor for 2019 by NOCO Style Magazine.

COMPANY CULTURE

We focus heavily on maintaining a positive, fun, energetic, and hard working team culture. Throughout the year, we plan various team building activities and trips, such as bowling, Top Golf events, group lunches, sports games, and an annual company vacation for high performers. Past trips have been to Jamaica and Costa Rica. We take pride in our work and celebrate our successes together.
